Currency & Price Information

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). Please note that prices are subject to change based on availability, and may increase during peak periods such as holidays. Prices are confirmed only after payment has been processed, and they may be raised without prior notice.

Booking & Cancellation
  • By making a booking, you initiate the reservation process. The cancellation policy will apply once your booking is confirmed.
  • Cancellations may incur fees, and no refunds will be issued for missed departures.
  • If your booking cannot be confirmed, you will receive a full refund, with no additional costs.
Cancellation Policy
  • We recommend all customers thoroughly review the cancellation policy before booking. Both hotel and tour schedules are set in advance.
  • No refunds will be issued for any portion of the tour that the customer fails to use after the tour departs.
Tour Cancellations & Minimum Requirements
  • Certain tours may require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, you will be fully refunded or offered a comparable alternative.
  • Please understand that tour changes due to low participation will occur under special and rare circumstances.
Modification Fees
  • Any changes made to your reservation (date, departure location, tour, etc.) after booking confirmation will incur a $50 modification fee per update.
  • These modification fees apply unless otherwise stated in the Special Notes for the tour.
  • If you wish to add additional passengers to an existing reservation, we will charge the difference in fare for the extra passenger. Once added, the reservation cannot be modified or canceled without incurring cancellation fees.
Airfare & Refunds
Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Cancelled Flights
    If the airline cancels your flight and you choose not to board, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Significant Schedule Changes or Delays
    If the airline makes a major schedule change or a significant delay, you may be entitled to a refund if you decide not to fly.
  • Class of Service Change
    If you are involuntarily downgraded to a lower class (e.g., from first class to economy), you are entitled to a refund for the fare difference.
  • Optional Services
    If optional services (e.g., baggage fees, seat upgrades) are unavailable due to flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes, you are entitled to a refund for those fees.
  • Baggage Fees
    If your baggage is lost by the airline, you are entitled to a refund of any baggage fees paid.
  • Fully Refundable Tickets
    If you purchase a fully refundable ticket, you are entitled to a refund if you do not use the ticket for the intended travel.
  • Cancellation within 24 Hours of Booking
    If you book a flight at least 7 days before the scheduled departure, you are entitled to cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund without penalty.
  • Some airlines may allow you to hold your reservation for 24 hours or cancel it within 24 hours for a full refund, depending on their policies.
Note on Name Changes

Name changes are not permitted on reservations. Only changes to the date, time, flight, or schedule are allowed.
